The Legislature also has a monumental part to play to fully realize Chapter Six of the Constitution. This includes enacting legislation to fully implement chapter Six and providing severe punishment for those who are found guilty. With a secure and corruption-free environment in Kenya, investors will be confident in investing and public funds will be channeled to legitimate development projects.Administration means the people who are tasked with the implementation of government, government policies to ensure that development s in Kenya are undertaken. Administration bureaucracy on the other hand means the administrative procedures that are to be followed for the implementation of projects and making decisions.
